I use that mailbox for factual corrections and for privacy requests. I do not run a support desk for Roblox purchases. A failed Robux pass has to go through Roblox. A wrong code row can come here, with the list you saw and the date.
What to include

- A link to the developer post or the API you want compared.
- For a privacy request, say which right you are using. The privacy page lists them.
What I cannot do
I cannot recover a Roblox account, refund a pass, or see your inventory. Those sit with Roblox and with Curseddd Games. Their Discord is discord.gg/myanimemine if the question is about the game itself.
