Ore is what the crew breaks out of rocks and what you sell for cash. The checked sources do not provide a full price sheet.
Update 5 confirms 11 new ores without naming them. A third-party guide dated 15 October records ore health around 375 million in Magma. Its Sapphire figure of 16 quadrillion is a shop pickaxe entry, not a verified ore sale price. I rechecked the text on 17 October; these remain someone else's session observations.

What changed in the drop UI
Drops now pop as cards above the hotbar. They can show New or Added, they play a sound, and a batch of the same drop folds into one slot. Buying a pickaxe also pops a card. That is an interface change, not a value change.
Check a sale before making a value list
Use the ore notebook to keep those observations. The public sources here do not establish a complete list of ore names or current sale prices.
- Read the exact ore name and quantity in your chest or sell selection. Keep characters out of a sale intended only for ores.
- Write down the displayed cash amount and whether it is for one item or a batch. Do not use rock health or a pickaxe shop price as ore value.
- Record the zone, date and any active boosts alongside the amount so another run can be compared on the same basis.
- If you own Auto Sell, check the per-item switches in the chest menu. Newly selected characters can be sold too, according to the official pass description.

Eleven, according to the Update 5 notes. The names are not listed there.
Do ores sell themselves?
Only if you turn on Auto Sell for that find. The pass costs 149 Robux and is optional. Equip Best is the free button; Auto Sell is not.
